Contract Management
We’ll make sure you never get ‘rolled over’ into a new energy contract that you haven’t chosen
To make sure you never get caught by ‘the energy trap’, we keep accurate records and copies of all client contracts, terms & conditions, and other important documentation related to your supplies. This information is available to you at any time.
These records are stored in our state-of-the-art online database. This means that if your account manager is unavailable due to holiday or sickness, we still have access to any information and documents required.
Towards the end of your contracts we will contact you regarding its pending renewal, and to discuss the options available to you. There is no obligation to continue to use our services at this point, but we’re confident that you’ll be so satisfied that you’ll want us to assist you again.
You will get:
- Our assistance if any problems occur
- Contract Renewal Reminders at the end of your contracts
- A summary of your contractual arrangements across all sites on request
- An effective contract review and renewal process
The Energy Trap
If you fail to notify your current supplier of your intention to switch, you can be automatically rolled over onto a contract that is often at a higher rate than the previous one.
To make sure you are not rolled over onto a new contract that you have not agreed to, you must notify your current supplier up to 4 months before the contract end date.
If you switch your business gas or electricity supplier using Utilities Savings, we will notify you when you need to contact your current supplier stating your intentions to switch, leaving you free to shop around and get the best deal.
You can often obtain a much better renewal offer from your current supplier simply by notifying them of your intention to terminate your contract and compare prices from other suppliers.
