Happy Holidays! As a valued user of Utilities Savings’ services, you might like to know about our festive schedule, and what’s to come in the New Year.

Holiday office closure

Our office will be closed from 5pm on the 23rd of December to 9am on the 4th of January. We will be dealing with any enquiries in the new year. For any very urgent issues whilst the office is closed, you can call 07801 428 564 and someone will get back to you.

As a customer of Utilities Savings we value your thoughts, and we’d like to give you the chance to let us know what you thought of our service. All of your feedback only helps us to serve you better in future.

Contact us in 2011

The majority of our customers will be needing a new fixed contract at some point during 2011. If your contract was negotiated using Utilities Savings, we will be contacting you during the year a few months before your current contract ends. If you have a contract coming up for renewal in 2011 that we didn’t negotiate, contact us ASAP. Remember that some suppliers require three months notice to terminate any current agreements!
